Answers to everyday questions about My Dream Journal.

-
Yes. You can speak what you remember and My Dream Journal will create a transcription that you can review and edit. This can be especially useful just after waking, when speaking may be easier than writing.

Start with the dream you remember.
You don't need to remember all of it.
A place.
A person.
A conversation.
A feeling.
Something that happened.
Write it down. Say it aloud. Capture whatever is still there.
One dream is enough to begin.
